The fine print

  • Member price covers 3D parts, apparel, gang sheets, stickers and photo prints.
  • On top of member price, members are priced one step up every bulk ladder (shirts, stickers, prints and gang sheets), so the next quantity discount starts from the first piece; that step is the % a product page names for members. Every limited-time sale opens to members 48 hours early.
  • Not discounted: blanks, supplies, store items, delivery, tax, custom project start fees and design time. A rush beyond the ones included is charged as usual.
  • Your monthly fee drops 1% for each month you stay, up to 15% off.
  • Sign in at checkout with the email you joined with, and member price comes off those items on every order.

Questions

What does member price cover?

3D parts, custom apparel, DTF gang sheets, stickers and photo prints, on every order while you are a member. Blanks, supplies, store items, delivery, tax, custom project start fees and design time are priced the same for everyone.

How does the included rush work?

When the 24-hour rush fits our schedule for your order, the rush fee is covered up to your plan’s limit, as many times every 30 days as your plan includes. Anything over the limit is charged as usual, and the checkout shows it before you pay.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time from your account. Membership is billed monthly and the month you have paid for runs to its end. Your fee drops a little for every month you stay, and starts again if you leave.

How does the discount show?

Sign in with the email you joined with (the Sign in link sits above Pay). Your cart then shows member price on shirts and prints and your included rush; member price on 3D parts and gang sheets is applied on the payment screen. Your account shows what membership saved you in the last 30 days.
