Questions
Questions buyers ask
Lead times, files, approvals and delivery.
Talk to our team: (727) 641-9774
How are lead times set?
Most orders take at least 3 working days; photo prints can be ready the same day. Larger orders take longer, and the exact ready date is worked out from your order before you commit. Orders confirmed before 11am Eastern count that day as a production day.
Can you turn work around in 24 hours?
Yes, when the schedule fits. The rush price shows before you pay.
What file formats do you accept?
For 3D parts, add an STL or 3MF file. If you only have a sketch or a photo, choose Create or fix your design and we can make the 3D file. For shirts, stickers, and photos, add your picture or design. An image with a transparent background avoids a box around your artwork. Each tool shows the file types it takes and checks your file before you pay.
How can we pay?
Online orders: card or digital wallet through Stripe. Quoted orders: an invoice payable by card or ACH bank transfer.
How is the work delivered?
Pickup in Decatur, Georgia, Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, by appointment; scheduled delivery across metro Atlanta; or carrier shipping with tracking.
